It is not magical at all. It is like driving a car. If you look at the big truck beside you it will tend to draw you towards it. If you focus on something you are more likely to be drawn toward it. People often, unless they fall into a depressed self-hating rut, are prone to focus on the "hits" of success and ignore their misses (explaining it away somehow... "I wasn't focusing hard enough"... "it's not god's will"... etc). In reality it's good to try for what you want to achieve and keep a positive attitude... but thinking there's some magical power in the universe that will help you get what you desire if you only wish for it hard enough... that's crap!
